The purpose of the Student Council will be to help foster school pride in the elementary and begin to have a sense of school unity and spirit at an early age.  The goal of the meetings will be to teach parliamentary procedures on a basic level, improve public speaking, and get suggestions from the students about things they can do to improve their school.
